Reset Password

Learn how to reset your password if you've forgotten it or want to change it for security reasons.

Overview​

If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, you can do so using your email address. The password reset process is designed to be secure while remaining accessible.

Before You Begin​

  • Ensure you have access to the email address associated with your account
  • Password reset links expire after 15 minutes
  • You can request a new reset link at any time

Reset Your Password​

Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page and Enter Your Email​

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Click Forgot Password? below the password field

You'll only receive a reset link if the email is associated with an account.

Step 2: Check Your Email​

  1. Check your inbox for an email from us (subject: "Your Reset Password Link")
  2. The email or message will arrive within a few minutes

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Make sure emails from our domain aren't blocked
  1. Open the password reset email
  2. Click the Reset Password button
  3. You'll be redirected to a secure page to create a new password

Never share your password reset link with anyone. Our team will never ask you for this link.

Step 4: Create a New Password​

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your new password
  3. Confirm your new password by entering it again
  4. Click Reset Password

Password Requirements​

Your new password must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum length: 8 characters
  • Maximum length: 128 characters
  • Must include:
    • At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
    • At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
    • At least one number (0-9)
    • At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
Create a Strong Password
  • Use a unique password you don't use on other sites
  • Avoid common words, phrases, or personal information
  • Consider using a password manager
  • Use a passphrase with random words for better security

Troubleshooting​

If your reset link has expired:

  1. Return to the login page
  2. Enter the email address
  3. Click Forgot Password? again

Reset links expire after 15 minutes for security reasons. If a link has already been used or a new reset link is generated, any previous link becomes invalid.

If clicking the reset link doesn't work:

  • Copy and paste the full URL into your browser
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser
  • Request a new reset link
