📄️ Leagues
A league is a season people sign up for once and then come back to every week — a Thursday night handicap league, a Saturday morning youth programme, a winter doubles division. ActiveBooker gives each league its own registration page, collects the fee, and keeps the roster for you.
📄️ Create a league
Creating a league gives you a registration page with its own link, a fee that is charged at sign-up, and a roster that fills in as people register.
📄️ Set up league options
Options are the choices people pick between when they register — Thursday 600 AM, Division A. Each option can have its own capacity, so one night fills up without closing the whole league.
📄️ Ask your own registration questions
Every league needs something the standard form does not collect — an average, a shirt size, a parent's mobile number. Custom fields add those questions to the registration page, and the answers land on the roster, the receipt, and the confirmation email.
📄️ Style the registration page
Each league carries its own colour, text size, and corner rounding, so the page your link opens looks like it belongs to you rather than to the software.
📄️ Manage registrations
The Registrations tab is your roster. It shows everyone who has signed up for the league, what they told you, what they paid, and where they stand.
📄️ Cancel or refund a registration
Cancelling frees the place. Refunding sends money back. They are separate actions, and which one you use depends on what you owe the customer.
📄️ What customers see
Your registration link opens one page. This is what is on it, in the order customers meet it, so you know what you are sending people to before you send it.
