Memberships report
Monitor the health of your membership program — new sign-ups, renewals, expirations, cancellations, and membership revenue.
This report requires the membership feature to be enabled on your subscription. If you don't see it under Reports, your plan doesn't include memberships — contact support to add it.
Open the report
- Click Reports in the left sidebar
- Open the Memberships Report card
- Select a date range with the date range picker in the toolbar; click Refresh anytime to reload
KPI cards
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| New / Renewed | Subscriptions started or renewed in the range |
| Expired | Subscriptions that lapsed in the range |
| Cancelled | Subscriptions manually cancelled in the range |
| Membership Revenue | Total membership revenue collected in the range |
Charts
Subscriptions Over Time — daily new/renewed, expired, and manually cancelled subscriptions, so you can see growth and churn side by side.
Revenue Over Time — total membership revenue collected per day.
Members by Current Plan — how your members are distributed across your membership plans. Each member is counted once, based on their latest subscription.
Members by Subscription Status — the split of members by status (active, expired, cancelled), again counting each member once by their latest subscription.
