Revenue report
Track the money you collect — revenue, deposits, refunds, and average booking value — over any date range.
Open the report
- Click Reports in the left sidebar
- Open the Revenue Report card
- Select a date range with the date range picker in the toolbar; click Refresh anytime to reload
KPI cards
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Revenue | All revenue collected in the selected range |
| Avg Daily Revenue | Total revenue divided by the number of days in the range |
| Peak Day Revenue | The single best day in the range |
| Avg Booking Value | Average revenue per booking |
Each card shows a trend indicator comparing the selected range against the previous period.
Charts
Revenue Over Time — a line chart of revenue across the range. Data points group daily, weekly, or monthly depending on how long a range you pick.
Revenue by Booking Types — a horizontal bar chart showing how much each booking type contributed. Use it to see which offerings actually make money.
Revenue by Channel — a donut chart splitting revenue between Online bookings (your booking page) and Walk-in bookings (created in the dashboard).
