When you need help with ActiveBooker, there are several resources available. Here's what each one is good for and how to use them.

Quick Overview

The Help & Resources section on your Dashboard Home gives you access to:

  • Documentation - Detailed guides on every feature
  • Tutorials - Video walkthroughs showing how to use the platform
  • FAQs - Quick answers to common questions
  • Contact Support - Direct line to our support team

Help and Resources

Documentation

The documentation is your go-to resource when you want to understand how a feature works. It covers everything from initial setup to advanced features.

To access it, click "Documentation" in the Help & Resources section on your Dashboard Home. It opens in a new tab so you can keep it open while working in ActiveBooker.

The documentation is searchable - just type what you're looking for in the search bar. If you're brand new to ActiveBooker, start with the Getting Started guide. If you're looking for something specific, the search function is usually the fastest way to find it.

Video Tutorials

If you prefer watching over reading, the video tutorials walk you through how to use different features. They're especially helpful when you're setting something up for the first time.

Click "Tutorials" in the Help & Resources section to access them. You can browse by topic or search for something specific. The videos are designed to be followed along - you can pause and work in ActiveBooker at the same time.

FAQs

The FAQ section has quick answers to the most common questions we get. It's organized by topic - account setup, billing, features, troubleshooting, etc.

This is usually the fastest way to get an answer if you're dealing with something straightforward like "How do I reset my password?" or "What payment processors do you support?"

Click "FAQs" in the Help & Resources section to browse or search for your question.

Contact Support

If you can't find what you need in the documentation or FAQs, or if you're dealing with a technical issue, reach out to our support team at support@activebooker.com.

We typically respond within 24 hours. To help us help you faster, include:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Any error messages you saw
  • Screenshots if relevant

For urgent issues that are blocking your work, put "URGENT" in the subject line and we'll prioritize it.

In-App Help

As you use ActiveBooker, you'll notice question mark icons next to certain fields and features. Hover over these for quick explanations. Many form fields also show example text to help you understand what to enter.

Getting the Most Out of These Resources

When you're stuck, start with the documentation or FAQs - most common questions are already answered there. If you need to see something in action, check the tutorials.

For technical problems or questions that aren't covered in the self-service resources, email support. Include details about what you were doing and what went wrong, along with any error messages you saw.

If you're new to ActiveBooker, work through the Getting Started guide in the documentation. It walks you through the essential setup steps in order.
